The eighth of nine children, Wanda learned early how to navigate wildly different personalities, negotiate space, and build harmony — she touts her family as her first classroom in understanding huemanity.
Rising through corporate sales, HR, recruiting, training, and performance development across multiple industries, she has held 40,000+ heartfelt one-to-one conversations with people from diverse, global backgrounds. Not quick chats — real, meaningful HUEman moments.
